Goals

Therapy is an opportunity for us to realize our potential. Through the process of unlocking this potential, we will learn to accept our weaknesses and our strengths. Many of us are very attuned to our weaknesses and our dislike of those weaknesses. However, we are not always as quick to recognize our strengths and accept our power. It is my goal to help clients to unveil their many strengths and learn how to use them to live a fulfilled life. Also, I intend to help clients recognize their "weaknesses" and embrace them and recognize them for what they truly are, strengths. All of our abilities have a purpose, whether we see them as strengths or weaknesses. As a therapist I honor all of these aspects of my clients and myself.

  • To form a healthy, therapeutic relationship with each client to ensure the best possible outcome. 
  • To collaborate with clients to formulate short-term and long-term goals and develop steps to get there.
  • To  promote healthy individuals, couples, and families.
